2026 REFUND and SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions can be made at any time through the link provided in your confirmation email. Refunds for in-person or digital are not provided for any reason as digital option is available with access to attendees and recorded content. If you are unable to attend in-person for any reason, you have a choice to substitute someone else in your place or would automatically be moved to the digital option with access to attendees and recorded content. Moving from digital to in-person can be made at any time.
Should event be moved to 100% virtual format, this would not be a cancellation of the event. Registrations would be reduced to the closest earlier tier rate, with any difference between your current rate less the earlier tier rate put towards EMC 27, unless you request this difference be returned to you less a 20% processing fee.
