While In-person is always the best way to experience sessions and network, the Digital Access option gives you everything except the “in-person” experience – not live-streamed but opportunity to present digital content as approved via the program development, connect with attendees, sponsors and exhibitors via the EMC Event App and access resource materials and an estimated 40+recorded main stage and breakout sessions.

Government speakers may be provided discounted, advanced, or complimentary pass.
Other participants may receive advanced, discounted or be required to pay current rates.
Sponsors & Exhibitors will be provided a discount code as part of their selected level for staff registration.
Substitutions can be made at any time through the link provided in your confirmation email. Refunds for in-person or digital are not provided for any reason as digital option is available with access to attendees and recorded content. If you are unable to attend in-person for any reason, you have a choice to substitute someone else in your place or would automatically be moved to the digital option with access to attendees and recorded content. Moving from digital to in-person can be made at any time.
Should event be moved to 100% virtual format, this would not be a cancellation of the event. Registrations would be reduced to the closest earlier tier rate, with any difference between your current rate less the earlier tier rate put towards EMC 28, unless you request this difference be returned to you less a 20% processing fee.

Our scholarship program prioritizes assistance to local and state governments, and Native Nations, and is also available to others. This program can provide partial or full registration, with potential for some or all travel costs covered.
